In The Now

As my understanding of CSS Layouts progresses, I will be making changes to the site you see here.

For instance, the colour of the body text is a navy-ish blue, closer to the colour of my logo.

Also, there is a navigation header that I’ve included in the blog, as well as in the main site. I got rid of the god-awful cyan background there, scaled back the size of Billie-Stan, and created a centre column so everything’s not so goddamned stretched-out.

Next steps include proper syndication (James sent me an email on how to do this, I just need to implement it), a better-looking nav bar, and actual content (on the main page, on this yere blog, and on the horribly, horribly neglected wiki.

I’ve also corrected the busted-up comments section. I tried adding a spam-filter called a “humanizer” but the thing wouldn’t work, and when I did what I always do, it made it impossible for people to leave comments. So comment away, if ye dare.

On the horizon for In The Now are some small posts – an update on baby stuff, an update on Lily’s broken elbow, some football stuff, and, if I ever manage to get off my ass and finish editing it, the second podcast of “Recommended Violence” will be coming out sometime fairly not-too-long-from-the-time-that-I’m-done soon.
